What is a flight case made of?
Our flight cases use 6mm to 12mm phenolic laminated plywood, structural-grade aluminium extrusion, and top-tier latches, corners and handles. Inside, custom-cut foam holds your gear locked in place. Each material is chosen to survive trucks, flights and repeated load-ins.
How do I choose a flight case for DJ equipment?
Start with your exact gear, a Pioneer controller, CDJs, a mixer or a full booth setup. We measure each unit and build a case cut to fit with custom foam, so nothing shifts in transit. Tell us your setup and we will design the right case.
What is the difference between a flight case and a hard case?
A flight case is a custom-built plywood and aluminium case made to fit specific equipment, used by touring and production professionals. A hard case is usually a standard moulded plastic shell. We build both, and match the choice to your gear and travel conditions.
